How it works & privacy

Two public streams come directly from FxTwitter to your browser: recent posts and replies by the account, and posts mentioning it. Up to three pages per stream are read, not the account’s full history. Missing or unavailable streams are labelled.

Replies score 3, quotes 2.5, mentions 1.5 and reposts 1. Scores halve every 30 days, based on each post’s timestamp. The final score is (√given + √received)², so two-way conversations rank higher. X’s prepended reply-chain handles are excluded from mention counts. A repost uses the original post’s timestamp when no repost date is available.

This shows recent activity, not friendship. Likes, follows, DMs and private posts are not counted. Counts in the list show interaction types before recency weighting.

FxTwitter is unofficial and may be slow or unavailable. It receives the username, your IP address and ordinary request details. Profile photos load from X’s image servers. OwnTheCrown does not upload or store usernames, posts or generated circles. Share on X passes your image and post to the app you choose in the share sheet, or opens an X draft. The circle uses real profile photos only; people whose photos cannot load are left out.
